To meet the market demands for quality online instruction and preparation for Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCXP), CX University (CXU) launches its CCXP Exam Prep Course.

CX University first launched their CX Foundations Series in 2016, offering six online courses covering the core concepts of the Customer Experience discipline. CX University earned its recognition by the Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA) as a Resource Training Provider (RTP) through its rigorous curriculum review and approval process.

CCXP Exam Prep

Many professionals working in a Customer Experience-related role seek certification to substantiate their mastery of the discipline. The CXPA offers a professional certification, called the Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCXP), and requires that practitioners either have a post-secondary degree with 3 years of CX-related experience or a high school diploma with at least 5 years of experience. The CX-related experience should support the practitioner’s mastery of the Pillars of CX:

  • Customer Insights and Understanding
  • Customer Experience Strategy
  • Metrics, Measurements, and ROI
  • Design, Implementation, and Innovation
  • Culture and Accountability

Course Availability
