CX University Revamps its Course Content

CX University (CXU) has completed a full internal audit of its course content to ensure all information is updated to meet standards of excellence and relevance. As with all online content immersed in a growing and advancing field, the Customer Experience discipline continues to provide valuable insights, data, and knowledge. CXU sets high expectations for its online course content to fully support online learning and mastery of Customer Experience.

CX University

CX University launched their first online courses in 2016, the CX Foundations Series, offering six online courses covering the core concepts of the Customer Experience discipline. From then onward, CX University has been recognized by the Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA) as an Authorized Resource Training Provider by meeting its rigorous curriculum review and approval process.

CXU’s courses cover the core concepts structured by the CXPA, and are fully congruent with the five domains of knowledge and skills:

  • Customer Insights and Understanding
  • Customer Experience Strategy
  • Metrics, Measurements, and ROI
  • Design, Implementation, and Innovation
  • Culture and Accountability

CXU Founder and CEO, Dr. Mohamed Latib, states, “CXU solicits customer feedback, participates in CX conferences around the globe, and reviews the latest developments in the practice of the discipline. Our relentless focus on improvement is a strategic consideration to ensure our programs are always contemporary and relevant. CXU is deploying the revised CX520, CX720, and CX820 over the next several weeks.”
