CX University Spans to India with a New Global Partnership

PHILADELPHIA, PA – June 1, 2016 – CX University announced today their new partnership with India-based company, CRMA Asia (Customer Relationship Management Academy of Asia). The partnership joins together influential professional development organizations to further promote practitioner training in the customer experience discipline.

CX University is the first comprehensive online learning platform who specifically trains customer experience professionals. Since their launch in November 2015, they have released training tools in CX certification test preparation as well as online learning courses covering 4 of the 6-core competencies of the discipline. The remaining 2-core competency courses are expected to be released this summer.

CRMAA is a not-for-profit, India-based organization that offers certification and memberships in customer relationship management. Members of CRMAA are professionally nurtured with consultations, workshops, and seminars from mentoring executives. CX University now offers the CRMAA network the additional component of online training and development.

Currently, visitors to the CRMAA website can view and shop for CX University’s course bundles, which includes 6-core competency courses purchasable as a package.
