CX University is Endorsed by the Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA)
PHILADELPHIA, PA – November 1, 2015 – CX University, a professional development and training organization servicing the Customer Experience discipline has officially been endorsed by the Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA) as an Authorized Resource Training Provider (ART). CXU is one of only three ART organizations, and one of two based in the United States.
The CXPA is a professional development organization whose goal is to “increase the impact and visibility of Customer Experience professionals, facilitate effective member-to-member sharing, and establish respected standards.” The CXPA also offers CX certification through its CCXP exam. CX University’s training tools and courses are designed to promote the same standard of best practices as CXPA, but also prepare practitioners for successful certification.
In order to obtain the ART endorsement, CX University underwent thorough review of its curriculum and training materials. The online course curriculum and materials for the Knowledge Bank (certification preparation and practice tests) were acutely examined by CXPA officials to ensure that the information taught upholds the rigors of the profession.
