This strategic collaboration merges CX University’s expertise in online education with the international prestige of Rochat School of Business Switzerland, delivering top-tier customer experience training for both English and Spanish-speaking professionals. 

The program has been enriched by the contributions of Mauricio Alanís, a distinguished Customer Experience specialist in the Spanish-speaking world. Alanís has ensured the inclusion of relevant examples and videos that reflect the business context of companies in Latin America, enhancing the program’s applicability and value.

This new offering underscores their commitment to providing accessible, high-quality education that meets the diverse needs of professionals across the globe.
