The Employers' Association corporate trainings

CX University (CXU) announces today the new partnership with The Employers’ Association of Grand Rapids (TEA) to offer professional development Online Courses and trainings to TEA members.

The Employers’ Association is a not-for-profit association incorporated in 1939 to provide practical Human Resource Solutions to the West Michigan business community. TEA helps hundreds of companies maximize employee productivity and minimize employer liability and seeks operational excellence through practical human resources and management advice, training, benchmark information, and consulting services.

CXU offers Online Courses, workshops, and corporate eModule trainings directly to Human Resources departments and associations like the TEA to support corporate missions to retain and engage employees. The knowledge and skills developed when learning the experience disciplines, such as in CX and PX, have a positive lasting impact on the customer journey and, ultimately, the financial bottom line. The objective of learning how to be experience-oriented is to mobilize all members of an organization to contribute to a customer-centered strategy for business.

CEO and Founder of CXU, Mohamed Latib, shares his sentiments: “We are very excited to bring a new discipline to small and mid-sized businesses. Members of The Employers’ Association can enjoy the advantages of the tried and tested customer experience practices that major brands and some smaller innovative companies have fine tuned.”

TEA members can purchase Online Courses in Customer or Patient Experience for themselves or as packages for their employees. They can select to earn the Customer Experience Specialist (CXS)™ or Patient Experience Specialist (PXS) certifications. Additionally, up to 6 college credits can be obtained from Customer Experience Online Courses by purchasing the college credit track.

TEA members can receive a significant discount on Online Courses through this partnership deal, and, for a limited time, members can have a free 2-week access period to an Online Course of their choice.
