As a result of growing demand for international language courses in Customer Experience, CX University has launched comprehensive Customer Experience Online Courses fully translated and adapted in French.
CX University offers online training and development congruent with the experience economy, with Customer Experience and Patient Experience programs that are aligned with the economic imperative of the global market. They prepare professionals for certification and provide exemplary performance in their work and for their organization. During 2016, CX University launched their CX Foundations Series in English, offering six online courses teaching the core concepts of the Customer Experience discipline. CX University is also recognized by the Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA) as an Authorized Resource Training Provider.
CX Online Courses in French
Adapted and translated from CX University’s original Foundational Courses available in English, CXU is committed to providing comprehensive content to meet the needs of French language speakers:
Each of the program’s courses address a core concept structured by the CXPA, and is fully congruent with the five domains of knowledge and skills:

- Experience Design, Improvement, and Innovation
- Metrics, Measurement and ROI
The online program comprehensively covers fundamental concepts, best practices, and techniques of the CX discipline. Courses are beneficial for aspiring professionals and seasoned practitioners because of the density of the curriculum and individualized applications. Each online course includes interactive playbooks, engaging videos, content narratives, case examples, knowledge checks and seminal CX articles.
Translated into the French language, there are now brief French narratives, short French articles, English videos with French subtitles, and French multiple choice practice tests. After completing all of the courses, learners will complete a French-language Customer Experience Specialist (CXS)™ certification exam to earn the CXS certification.
Since the courses are available completely online, learners can access them anywhere and at any time. The convenience of these independent, self-study courses is a winning factor for busy professionals.
Preparing Professionals for Certification
The CX online courses also prepare learners for certification as a Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCXP) through CXPA. In 2022, CXPA launched the French version of their professional certification exam. Students enrolled in CXU’s online courses are also eligible for earning the Customer Experience Specialist (CXS)™ certification, offered through CXU.

- CX700 Français: Corporate training in Customer Experience
