CX University Participates in World CX Day 2016
PHILADELPHIA, PA – October 11, 2016 – As the Customer Experience community gathers to celebrate CX around the world, CX University participates in webinar and promotions. World CX Day is organized by the Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA).
To kick off CX Day, CXU founder and CEO, Mohamed Latib moderated a compelling webinar about Cross Cultural CX in global practices. Guest speakers for this webinar include CXU’s partnered company leader, Amit Chakrapani from CRMA Asia along with Stephanie Davis from Microsoft and Jane Treadwell-Hoye from Epifani.
Key takeaways from the webinar include expert experiences about working with international and culturally diverse customer segments as well as the pressing need to elevate local evangelists who can best tap into the needs and desires of the customers.
In addition to the webinar event, CX University celebrated CX Day with offering newly designed free sample of the CXU-designed CCXP Practice Test. This sample offers 60 questions that covers the 6-Core Competencies of Customer Experience. The CCXP Practice Tests offered by CXU are aimed to help professionals seeking CX certification by taking the exam from CXPA. With the CXPA endorsement, CXU is authorized as a training provider.
