CX University Holds Its first Digital Open House Event

PHILADELPHIA, PA – September 14, 2016 – In an online event held Wednesday, September 14, 2016, CX University shared its message and offerings to interested webinar guests. The webinar capacity was full on the 14th event, so another Open House event was scheduled for the next week.

The lunch hour webinar touched on CX University philosophy and mission for creating cutting edge and comprehensive professional development. Each training option was presented: Action Learning Workshops, CCXP Certification Preparation, Online Courses, and the newly-offered Corporate Packages. In addition to the introduction of products and services, CXU also ran a promotion for registrants to receive a deep discount on Online Courses and Corporate Packages.

CX University’s mission is to instill confidence and help practitioners gain the expertise they need in the Customer Experience discipline. More webinar events will be hosted by CXU in the future.
