CX University (CXU) announces today a new partnership with Montgomery County Community College (MCCC) that will grant students who complete CXU’s Online Course programs to earn college credits.

Both employers and employees will benefit from this new partnership. Employers will benefit by gaining a more knowledgeable, skilled workforce that can improve their business performance. Employees, who either take the courses on their own or through a training program offered by their employers, will gain credentials that will enable them to advance in their careers.

Through MCCC’s Prior Learning Assessment, students who complete all 6 of CXU’s Customer Experience Online Courses or all 4 modules of CXU’s Patient Experience Online Courses and pass the final exam are eligible to obtain professional certification from CXU. Additionally, students can earn 6 college credits for completing the program in either CX or PX. These credits may be applied to MCCC’s Associate in Applied Science degree program in Management. The Management AAS program is available online and on-campus.

Gaetan Giannini, Dean of Business and Entrepreneurial Initiatives at MCCC, describes his vision for post-secondary workforce education, “The world of higher education and workforce development is changing rapidly, and it is through innovative partnerships like this that Montgomery County Community College will continue to be responsive to the needs of the people and businesses of our region. CXU offers state-of-the-industry training in an area that is critical to the success of all forward-looking companies and does it on a digital platform that makes completing the program convenient for students.”

Mohamed Latib, founder and CEO of CXU, shared his reasons for partnering with MCCC, “The study and practice of these ‘experience’ disciplines is relatively new in the scope of how organizations interact with consumers and other businesses; thus, it’s timely and necessary to offer appropriate training and course credits in these respective fields that is backed by an accredited institution of higher education and to open doors for aspirers who want to master their discipline.”
