The CX Management Professional Program

Partnered with moveXM, this online training program will prepare you to provide Customer Experience in your work, fueled by the latest research and grounded in proven expertise and best practices.

This program of Customer Experience (CX) courses is divided into the six pillars of CX and has six courses, each of which has several lessons. Each lesson contains a combination of narrative text, articles, supporting videos, and gamified interactive lessons.

The CXU online course is an all encompassing program which is seamless to work through. It was self-paced which helps when one has a busy work schedule.
