- Master the foundations of Customer Experience (CX) with self-paced courses
- After completing the program submit your Certificate of Completion and CXS™ to Moravian University for a graduate credit transcript.
- Graduate credits from Moravian University may be transferred to other programs. Check with the receiving institution for approval.
- Double the impact and pass the certification exam to also be awarded the Customer Experience Specialist (CXS)™ certificate.

- You can earn three graduate business credits from Moravian University upon completion of three CX800 courses
- Alternatively, you can earn six graduate business credits upon successful completion of all six CX800 courses and passing the CXS™ exam.
