How to earn your certification

  • Subscribe in the CX500 Customer Experience Series or PX500 Patient Experience Series of online courses.

  • Remain subscribed in one of our convenient plans in order to be eligible to take the certification exam.

  • Once you’ve finished the Online Courses, prepare and take the certification exam offered online through CXU’s testing portal.

  • CXU offers practice tests as part of the Online Course purchase, so you can feel fully prepared for the certification exam.

  • The certification exam is a 2-hour timed, 70 Multiple Choice question cumulative assessment that you need to score 80% or higher in order to pass.

  • You will receive your exam scores immediately following its completion, and when you pass, you’ll receive a digital copy of your certificate to print and display.
