You must complete the applicable online course program. (No charge for the exam.)
You must score 80% or higher on the Customer Experience Specialist (CXS) TM exam, in which you will have 2 hours to complete a 50-question, online multiple-choice exam.

I wanted to give some feedback on this week’s lessons specifically. Being someone with a bit of insider knowledge into Zappos, much of the content provided is quite dated since the passing of Tony Hsieh. It's unfortunate, but the company is just not the same without him. Again, this is a totally personal experience that many people may not relate to, but I wanted you to be aware of the perception of someone who can. Zappos was revolutionary with culture in the beginnings of ecommerce, but much of that shine has sadly faded.
