CX University (CXU) and West African-based partner, Customer Focused Solutions (CFS) West Africa, announce their plans to launch a 2018 traveling CX Leadership Training program. This workshop series will teach mastery and skills as a Customer Experience (CX) or Patient Experience (PX) leader.

In response to demands across Africa, organizations across industries are seeking better ways to engage consumers that is on par with the unique cultural needs. CXU and CFS are coordinating a traveling workshop series for 2018. Countries visited tentatively include Nigeria, Kenya, and South Africa.

The CX workshops will be facilitated by Mohamed Latib, Founder and CEO of CX University, and Rolu Adebola, Managing Director and CEO of CFS West Africa. PX workshops will be led by Janet Biedron, CEO/Administrator at LifeCare Hospitals in Chester County, Pennsylvania.

The action-based learning content of the workshops will teach attendees the knowledge and skills fundamental to the Customer or Patient Experience disciplines. Attendees will walk away able to implement a CX or PX strategy in their organization. Concepts taught include

  • Designing a CX or PX business strategy that involves all members of an organization
  • Examining touchpoints
  • Developing journey maps
  • Strategies for engaging employees
  • Implementing customer feedback mechanisms
  • Collecting and disseminating data to link CX initiatives to ROI
