Ricardo Saltz Gulko is the founder of Eglobalis, a boutique consulting helping medium and large organizations such as Samsung, Amdocs among others to enhance their customer experiences and services results.He is a customer success and experience, professional services, enterprise sales, experiences global strategist and designer. Technology industry veteran, with over 22 years of experience in real innovation, R&D, delivery, and market adoption.
A global executive results-driven, multilingual (5 languages),with extensive experience in building up and driving global operations, services delivery, projects and global sales experiences in EMEA, North America, Latin America and APAC. Focused in human encounters, loyalty, retention, customer experience, team and partners satisfaction, revenue generation and growth. Served as global executive in several positions in global organization such as Oracle, Amdocs, Comverse, Ericsson, QAD, OrgaSystems, Inttra amongst others software companies, with extensive experience working in EMEA, NAM,LATAM and APAC.
Graduated with a MBA from the J. L Kellogg Graduate School of Management in Evanston, IL USA in Global High Technology Marketing and Strategy. Undergraduate studies in Information Systems and Industrial Engineering. Fluent in English, Spanish, Portuguese, German and Hebrew. Member of the CXPA (Customer Experience Professional Association) and Customer Success Association. Ricardo Lives in Munich, Germany.
